Art Therapy sessions provide a safe, supportive environment for participants to explore emotions through creative expression.
Using painting, drawing, journaling, or mixed media, individuals are guided through gentle prompts that encourage self-awareness and reflection.
No artistic skill is required — the focus is on process, not perfection. These sessions are designed to support calm, clarity, and personal insight.
